Designed for patios, alfresco areas, courtyards, pathways and pool surrounds, these thick pavers deliver the look of natural stone without the high maintenance. Product suitability conditions and they perform exceptionally well in our intense sun, heavy rain and coastal conditions.
With a slip resistant finish, 20mm porcelain pavers provide confident footing around pools and wet areas when the appropriate slip rating is selected. They’re also resistant to mould, moss, salt, UV and fire.

Choosing and Installing Outdoor Porcelain Pavers
- Where Porcelain Pavers Can Be Used
20mm porcelain pavers are incredibly versatile and suitable for a wide range of outdoor applications. Use them for patios, alfresco areas, courtyards, manufacturer recommendations, pathways, gardens and pool surrounds. They’re also ideal for balconies and terraces where a modern, hard-wearing finish is required. Thanks to their strength and slip resistance, they perform beautifully in both dry and wet areas.
- Installation Options
Our 20mm porcelain pavers can be installed over concrete, compacted sand or gravel, depending on your project and design preference. For a clean, stable finish, pavers can be laid directly on a screeded concrete slab with adhesive. Alternatively, they can be laid on a compacted sand or gravel base for easy DIY projects and great drainage.
Pedestal systems (raised installation) are ideal for balconies, rooftops and areas where you need access to drainage or services beneath the surface. This method also allows for perfect levelling and is easy to remove and reconfigure if needed.
- Porcelain Or Natural Travertine ?
Porcelain pavers replicate the beauty of natural stone but outperform it in every key area. They are denser, stronger and more consistent in colour and texture. Unlike porous natural stone, porcelain does not absorb moisture, making it far more resistant to stains, mould, moss and freeze-thaw damage.
Porcelain also does not require sealing in the same way as natural stone, saving you time and ongoing maintenance costs.
