Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy explains how Bargain Factory Tile Outlet handles change-of-mind requests, damaged goods, incorrect goods and refunds. It applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Returns

Returns of stocked products are accepted only at our discretion.

If a manufacturing defect is identified, please return the affected tiles for assessment and, where applicable, a full refund.

The following products cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Special order products
  • Clearance items
  • Imported products
  • Discontinued products
  • Custom-made products

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Where the website asks customers to report damaged, incorrect or missing goods within 48 hours, add:

We ask customers to report these issues within 48 hours where possible so we can investigate quickly. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds and Remedies

Where a refund, replacement or repair is required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the applicable remedy after assessing the claim. Where a refund is approved, it will be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed with you.

If we approve a change-of-mind return, we will confirm the agreed return arrangements before goods are sent back. Do not return goods to a store, warehouse or third-party operator without our written approval.

Third-Party Delivery

Where you arrange and pay a third-party delivery operator directly, that delivery service is provided under the operator terms. This does not affect your rights in relation to goods supplied by Bargain Factory Tile Outlet.
